Check profile for mods. Basically a stage V. This particular run was at about 14.3 pounds boost (don't know why, it was hitting 15 earlier today at this setting). I'm a bit disappointed with the times I had today, but I have a feeling the conditions REALLY screwed them up. It reached a peak of 95-100 degrees today there, although I think this run was at mid 80 degree weather at the time I ran. The place is California Speedway, 1200 ft. elevation. There was a rumor that the correction factor for this track is 5/10ths.
This below was a few months ago, when the car was stage II at stock boost at a different track (sea level, about 80 degrees).
Is everything okay with my car? I was expecting to be hitting 108-110 traps at least and be hitting 12.9's. My 60' today of 2.13 is decent and should be good for 13.0s I would think. Does the heat really affect our cars that badly? On a side note, I walked up to a Z06 guy and asked what he was running, and he showed me his best of four slips being 13.5 at 108 with a 2.3 60'.
